"Waited 20 in line minutes after our pickup time of 7pm. Was left sitting at window for 20 more minutes. No one acknowledged us at all. Finally someone came to window to ask my name and handed me a bag that had been make at lest 30 minutes ago. The worker was rude and also the rice wasn't done in my bowl. Very disappointing"

"There were many employees yes, all in their teens or early twenties, enjoying the music and themselves. Considering the number of employees, the place should have been immaculate. Instead, the table tops filthy with food particles and napkins. Who would want to eat in? Who is managing this site?"

"I ordered from the chipotlane. When I got home I realized my burrito did not have half of the things that I requested in my order. It was basically rice, beans and fajita. If I ever go back I’ll just have to go inside. Advise you to do the same if you order there. PLUS, when I filled out the feedback form I was offered a free drink?! I want my money back or a replacement burrito from a different location. Not a free drink."

"Look at the skimp on the quesadilla. There is more rolled flour tortilla than filling. You get to pick three sides with a quesadilla and the understood rule is that if you select two sides and mark one extra you'll get two of that side. Not at this location. You definitely won't get your money's worth here. You have to love the roll of the dice by ordering through the app. Chipotle is quickly racing to the bottom."

"I stopped by to get a steak burrito bowl. I should have turned back around. On 02/01/2024, I decided I would try the new location out. The area where you get utensils was in such a terrible state that I noticed it when I entered. However, I was hungry and didn't notice how bad it was until I had ordered my food and wanted more napkins and perhaps some Tabasco sauce. When I realized how nasty the area looked, I hurried and got napkins and left. There were 6-8 people in the servicing area and not one of them looked like they were older than 18. With all of those employees in one area, at least two of them could have taken a moment to tidy up that area. This is the first and last time I will visit. Also, there was more fat in the bowl than there was actual steak meat."
