Mariano's

"It's our main store during our weekly shopping trips. Roxanne the cashier is just a wonderful all-around human being. She's always friendly, quick with a smile and pleasant. The store is also very good. Clean, organized and helpful staff. While the staff in the produce section is really good, sometimes the selection itself isn't that great or very picked over. In spite of that, we usually find everything we need at decent prices."

"Ordered a cake for son’s bday. Wife goes to pick up and not our cake. Cupcakes were never ordered or made. Manager walks in shocked at what we were presented. Warm, mushy could not cut. Instructions were one layer vanilla bottom chocolate. We got that wrong too. We were given this garbage for free.. not the decor. Nothing right."

"So disappointed in where my favorite store is headed. Out of many options, old grey meat for sale, never any small carts, and prices keep rising! Now I have to ring and bag my own groceries! The store manager needs to wake up! So sad as this was always my go-to store."

"When I bought my house at the beginning of COVID I thought having a Mariano's right around the corner was a big plus. I always thought of them as a slightly upscale grocer without the Whole Foods prices. It started off that way. Over the last year or so it's really gone down hill. They put up security gates to enter the store, even on a busy Friday night, there are 2 checkout lanes open because of the big push to self checkout. That wouldn't be so bad if it actually worked. I think I've gone through self checkout 50 times and 40 of them required assistance, weather it was human error or not. They use all of the hand baskets for order picking and didn't bother ordering more for actual customers, so if I only need a few things it's a decision of pushing a cart or trying to hold all of it. The only positive thing about this place is the employees. I'm always greeted with a smile and I love that they employ developmentally disabled people. It just feels like corporate greed is a bigger priority than a positive customer experience. The other stores in the area aren't nearly as bad."

"This store has a convenient location. I always go here regularly, and it is not so busy. There are a lot of people who also shop inside, but not to the point that the store is crowded. I really like that it is not always busy, which also means that I would be able to shop freely without minding anything, and, of course, the checkout would be fast. I also like how clean and organized the whole store is each time I shop. It feels like the store does not get dirty considering that the aisles are always spotless and shiny. The majority of the products inside are literally always either fully stocked or well stocked, and there are only a few products that are out of stock. Not only are the prices excellent, but so is the product quality. I’ve been shopping in this store for quite a while now, and I cannot think of any negative experiences I've had when it comes to the quality and freshness of the products. Prices are also fair and reasonable. I mostly got a lot of great deals, including the most recent one I saw, which has a 15% discount on the wines, which is another great deal for me."
