"The cashier's at the self check out need to be educated on the jewel app I've been to other jewel stores and they know the app well I go to the homepage. Look up all the products and it gives me the prices But some of the silly cashiers say that's how you buy it online I told them no they're giving me the prices from the store Exactly what the jewel told me at manheiman oakton That jewel knows the app well."

"I don’t usually leave a bad review but some people need to get aware of their attitudes especially when they work with other people. I went to exchange beauty products without a receipt (my bad I’ve lost it). I thought they could find it through the card I payed with. I was told that it was not even an option. He would’ve had to go through millions of receipts in order to find mine. I understand every store has a different return/exchange policy but the man at the customer service counter wasn’t too pleasant and definitely not focused on customer’s satisfaction. I asked if the only option for me is throwing the products away and he was okay with it. Very rude. I hope the person who I talked to has a chance to read this review, and understands that professionalism and better understanding of customers is essential in this field."

"I visited this store on Sat Feb 3, and I needed help with an item price. David was helping on the self checkout registers and he was kind, professional and friendly. He looke like he was enjoying to be there, he greeted everyone with a smile and he was corteous! He really made my experience there pleasant! Thank you David!"

"I placed an online drive up and go order and when I arrived, I waited almost 30 minutes before I went inside to pick up my own order. When I approached the service desk and explained to the lady about my wait she was rude and told me “well nobody is here”. I do not understand how being short staffed is my issue and if that is the case then why promote drive up services if you are not going to fulfill them. I rather drive 20 mins to another location than come here after this experience."

"The lady at the self check out lane is rude and did not help me when a product was scanning the wrong price. I asked her to check it for me and she ignored my request. She said “whatever price it scans, that’s the price.” Ridiculous"
