"Very bad service from the manager. For some reason she acts like if people owe her something. She is rude to customers... she tries to talk down to them. Overall, i have had good customer services from all the other employees. I have even heard her talk bad about her own employees. I used to purchase alot from them, but since she has become ruder the past few months... as she has said that she is the manager and can do whatever she wants, i will no longer purchase anything at that particular store. I wonder if the owners know that she is hurting buisness there... or even read the reviews."

"Definitely did not enjoy their costumer service. The female manager was very rude. I went in to pawn my Xbox 360 after I called asking if they took them in, they said yes. ...only to be told that they weren't taking them. She then said that their other xbox360s weren't selling. I look at their prices and what do I see... Xbox 360s being sold at 120-150 dollars! I bought my xbox for 80 dollars... 80, at EZ Pawn. It was also 320gb Gears of War edition. Rip offs!"
