"My rating is not because I met the Dr. My rating is because the young lady at the front desk was impersonal and rude. I was handed about an 18 page novella to answer on the frontside, which also seemed a bit excessive. But, I just left without seeing the doctor because it was not a comforting nor welcoming engagement at the front desk. With a health concern, ALL of the staff should provide a sense of comfort. Tues.
