About Us
Koch Park, located at 315 Howdershell Road in Florissant, Missouri, is a spacious 40-acre park known for its various amenities and attractions. The park features the recently renovated John F. Kennedy Community Center, which includes an event center and senior center, as well as a splash pad and soon-to-be-built aquatic center. Visitors can enjoy two handball courts, a lighted multipurpose court, playgrounds, and a sand volleyball court. Additionally, there are two pavilions with barbecue pits and electricity for picnics and gatherings. Kennedy Memorial Field is a fenced-in athletic area available for rent for different events. "I was wondering what, if anything, was going to become of the old Koch water park. In not sure why it closed because I thought it had been a fairly popular attration in Florissant but needless to say, me and my children seen kids playing over there so we decided we'd walk over to see what all the commotion was. To my surprise, it's now a free water-sprinkler park. I was so excited, that even though my kids didnt have swimming suits, I let then play in it anyway."
"Love this playground. Several playgrounds close together and my five year old loves all of them. One is closed but the rest are a blast. Off a busy road but still a nice place for kids to play. There is nearby tennis and sand volleyball courts. Fun place that was close by our house we just never stopped to explore but I’m glad we did!"
