"I went as a new patient and dr Cantù made me feel at ease right away . He ask me questions about my health and test I had had before. He really showed concern about why I was there and explained everything. I highly recommend him to anyone."

"A handful of the staff at this facility are the reason why I will be moving to another DR. Dr Cantu was good to me but the nurses have made it difficult to stay. Yesterday's experience with one nurse in particular was enough to call it quits for this clinic. My husband and I had just walked out of the room with the doctor and I needed something fixed on my limitation excuse so I walked back to try and see if I could ask the doctor about it. I only made it half way back before one nurse asked what i needed and i began to explain but in the middle of explaining my need to her another nurse (I'm guessing above her) rudely interrupted us, stood in front of her giving her, her back and wouldn't let my husband and I explain why we walked back and what I needed. she just kept bringing up "FMLA" , didn't even know what we were asking and I had to go speak to the head nurse about my request (whom helped me out ) but the fact that this nurse made us uncomfortable and upset made me not want to return. MIND YOU IM PREGNANT AND SHOULDNT BE HIGHERING MY BP AT AN OBGYN APPOINTMENT. I Didn't get her name but I won't continue to pay for that type of treatment. And then they say my husband won't be allowed back there anymore because of that NURSE'S wrong doing....that he is allowed just for the sonograms. it's ridiculous because the DR approves it if you ask him directly. Another thing is that when you go to the sonogram room yes your spouse can come in but they don't wait for your spouse to walk in.they want to just get started and by the time they come in its too late because they can't wait in waiting room. I've only been there 3 times and I already feel the need to find another DR. Sorry DR CANTU but it's THE STAFF!"

"This practice is entirely unconcerned for the comfort of its patients. Apparently, due to covid 19 concerns, only patients are allowed in the building. Some individuals frankly aren’t comfortable in these environments and sometimes need support from relatives. Maybe in 2020 this covid excuse would’ve flown but not nowadays. Parking spaces are also unmarked and handicap spots are scarce. I’m sure the practitioners are wonderful at what they do, but from a customer perspective there should be more thought placed to ensuring comfort for the patient. After all, this is a business."

"The doctor will not show up regardless of appointment you made. Supposedly he doesn't have a set time of when he shows up, he just does. They don't let fathers in because of cOvId even though people go in and out no problem. Waiting hours upon hours is the norm. Going to see about changing doctors because this right here is not it. Think it won't happen to you? I'm literally seeing a line of women pregnant waiting as well."

"Went for a family planning counseling session and he was very informative, attentive, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the level of care from him and his staff. I am establishing care for with him and had a great first visit experience."
