"Jewel Osco is one of my favorite grocery store. But today i felt so unhappy with my shopping. It was my first time using the stores app and asking a question to the cashier on how does the The U coupon works. She speaks to me with tone like i am so dumb bothering her with this questions. I work as a retail manager and i never treat any of my guests with this kind of manners. She is very rude and keep raising her voice each time she talks. Why is the attitude? I tried to stay calm and smile but her response is just that I am giving her too much work just to answer a question regarding how can i claim the coupon i clipped in my app. That is just a very short and simple question. I went home wmotional since i am still having a postpartum. I am the type that i don't like to yell at people. So i just stopped smiling at her anymore and leave since she keep raising her voice to me with a face. I find it so insulting. And i get her name Angie. As soon as she notices that i didn't smile anymore and looked disappointed while staring at her name tag then she begin to behave. She is just very rude and no manners. Not fit to work in a retail especially at cashier section."

"Walked up to cashier standing there with light on to check out. She tells me I have to go to another line and walks away. As I’m standing there for a minute trying to process what just happened, another employee tells me “sir, you need to go to another line” like I’m bothering them. I just left my stuff and walked out. It was a quiet Monday morning in the store. Clearly the employees are trying to keep it quiet by letting me know I’m getting in their way trying to buy things."

"Jewel store on Lake Cook rd mean customer service people. I bought apple vinegar 2 days ago at Jewel in Glenview. 1.50 discount for "just for u" didn't pop up. I found it out only at home. Today bought apple vinegar in Deerfield. Asked sales person to adjust price. She did. Went to customer service with this bottle, and asked to return it with 2 days old recipe. She refused. Whst the problem? Its the same vinegar. It's not my falt discount didn't show up 2 days ago in Glenview store. I clipped. I showed my phone application. Bottle is clean. I even didn't take it out of store. "No. You should go to Glenview store and return it there". Why? It's the same vinegar. It's 2 days old recipe. It's clean and not open"!! No.no.no.no.no- customer service person told me. Here is the picture of her badge. When I try to take this picture she promises to call the police because I cannot take a picture of her. WHY? Call the police for customer who wants to return unopened bottle of vinegar with a recipe. I am posting name of customer service representative who kicked me out"

"Clean and fully stocked. All employees masked snd plenty of room. Employees are very helpful. Jill at the deli counter is amazing!!! She helped me and was super pleasant!!!!!!"

"A nice, newly-remodeled Jewel. The organic produce now has its own nicely marked and grouped areas. It's much bigger than before, and had a nice big area for meats, bakery, fish and bake shop. The location is good too, unless you want to buy sweetened drinks.I'll go here often from now on."
