"Do not recommend this Office, their unorganized, and do not know how do their job right, i was needing to switch before giving birth and now i am really happy with my new obgyn, but the minor problem is that dr. daleys office takes forever to transfer all my documentations to my new obgyn doctor"

"I was very upset at Dr. Daley's care of my daughter-in-law having her first baby last month. My daughter-in-law was admitted to the hospital on Monday. She was induced, and then on Tuesday the man who gave her the epidural did not do it correctly. She was in constant pain, and another technician had to do the procedure again. Dr. Daley never went to see her until Wednesday morning when she was ready to deliver. I kept asking the nurses where is the doctor? They would answer that she was on her way, but was never given how many minutes. When the doctor finally arrived, she admonished the nurses for not having my daughter-in-law start pushing. Why? If she the doctor was not even there yet. I have had 3 pregnancies, and my doctor would come twice a day, morning and afternoon. That is the customer service and bedside manner one deserves from their doctor. I have advised my daughter-in-law to stop seeing Dr. Daley and switch to my OB-GYN, Dr. Wayne Wilson. He is the best and has 5 star reviews unlike Dr. Daley. I would like to give her no star, but 1 star seems to be the only option."

"The wait is long but I understand because Dr. Daley is one of the best and does such a thorough job with each patient. She takes her time with everyone and addresses every concern her patients have. I wouldn’t say she’s the most personable but still nice and definitely professional. 5 stars."

"They take forever, I feel like they overbook. My appointment was at 11 and I waited over 3 hours to see the doctor and there was no where to sit not to mention the lady who took my vitals was just on her phone and seemed like she didn’t wanna be there at all."

"They had my elderly grandma waiting for over 4 hours with her on the stretcher and one of those uncomfortable beds. Her appointment was at 11 with them telling us she needed an ultrasound but the tech wouldn’t be there until 2. So we waited until the ultrasound got done and continued to wait even more after that until we finally decided to just go home. Nursing and front office staff were very rude. Would not recommend."
