"On July 14th 2023 at 13:44 at the 61311 location. I had an encounter with an black girl with braids in a bun, tongue ring, and an black jogging outfit that wasn't good. She was using Rosie's cash register but I'm not sure if that's her name! She was highly unpleasant and unprofessional. She didn't have on an name tag, she was on the phone talking constantly!! I only had 5 groceries and she refused to bag them when asked politely. There wasn't barely anyone else in the store!! So she had nothing else to do. Also the store smelled like old rotted socks! It smelled like their was rotted food in there or bad plumbing, I don't know which!! I barely come in here but when I do I always regret it! I don't recommend this save alot at all. Actually I recommend shopping at Aldis. They have an more professional vibe there! Also it seems like their shelves were barely stocked! They didn't even sell sugar! Go somewhere else! The only way I will recommend this place at all to anyone is if they fire that girl upfront. She has been rude to me and other customers before. Also she seems to not respect her job and treats it as an joke. This isn't the first time I have seen her not having an name tag or an uniform. Also she has been seen before running her mouth on the phone!!"
