Reviews of Judy Miller Elementary School
"Wonderful school. Great staff and pleasant environment."
"I love it because I started in third Grande and I still in third grade I like the pricapal and all the third grade techers"
"This school is a very nice looking school. The principal is very nice the receptionist for Judy K Miller is nice as well. The rest of the staff is very judgemental, condescending folk. The first day of school i wasnt aware if my children were attending there or Elizabeth Smith so i went to Judy K to find out and the troubles started first the counselor asks if i had enough money to buy my kids backpacks reminding you that i didnt have them bring their backpacks i had already paid for with supplies because i didnt think they would start that day the district hadnt let me know which school they were going to attend. So then she bascially pulls my kids like oh you need a backpack here come grab one im like their fine she goes it doesnt hurt to have 2 esp if they dont have one im like you obviously didnt hear me the first time. The next week they send a bag of food home with each of my children and im confused like what in your right mind would make you think i need food in my house. I hate the fact that people judge because my husband and i have 6 children. We havent needed anyones help to provide for them ever. My husband is a fuel truck driver who makes more money than most of the staff there. I am a nurse and make more money than most of the staff. It didnt stop there my son had shoes that i guess were a little big on his feet so i went to the store and bought him new shoes because they had an issue and thr nurse calls my husband like he needs new shoes my husband said she bought him new shoes yesterday the nurse goes "oh yea the shoes that look like vans but arent vans" like are you serious??? My kids are in school to learn not be apart of the rich and snobby club. Then on my daughters birthday we went lunch to spend time with her and they had a book sale going on, my son really wanted a book so we told him when we come to lunch we'll bring him the money. My husband ask the receptionist for Charlotte Anderson because ours wasnt in at the time if she could pull our son out of class for a second. She says "for what" he tells her i need to talk to him she says "what do you need to talk to him about". Ummm ma'am thats none of your business...so he tells her its personal she says well i cant pull him out of class...whattt!!! Lol he says okay then ill pull him out for tbe rest of the day you cant stop that. Like who are you to tell a parent they cant speak to their children???The occurances of their nit picking is to the point i cant take it anymore and will be removing them as of Tuesday. If you are black with more than 2 kids stay far away from this school. They are looking for things to cause a problem. Thank you Mrs. Roberson and Mrs. Kristy for your kindness but i refuse to be apart of the foolishness"
"My daughter has been in this school for a couple of months, and she is absolutely happy about it (we are happy too). Seeing her willingness to go to school every morning, and how she is being active and happy when comes home, I can see the great care and the love that this school and her teachers have provided to my daughter. Thank you so much!"
