"The amount of trash this Jewel pumps into the surrounding neighborhood is embarrassing and gross. Receipts, used cart wipes, used plastic deli gloves, coupon pages, and candy wrappers just billowing all over the parking lot, surrounding businesses, daycare, and neighborhood. How hard is it to empty your outside trash cans without exploding the bags all over the sidewalk so the trash blows everywhere?"

"-12 degree weather and this stores furnace is not working and they have these poor employees working in these conditions! As customer, I had boots, a hat, gloves and a very warm coat and I could not warm up. I could only imagine how these poor employees feel especially the ones in the back. Jewel needs to do better and put the needs and safety of these employees first! Shame on them. They need better store management and need to know when to shut down for the safety of the employees."

"Bakery section is a JOKE. I called earlier this week on Monday about 1 pm to place a custom cupcake order for pick up the same day - which was ready in time but the customizations were for inside filling to be colored icing. I called today FRIDAY at 6 pm to have the same exact order placed again for pick up Saturday morning and when I called they told me I couldn’t have the inside of the cupcake filled.. when I picked up this same order on MONDAY already. Explained to the guy on the phone and he said no we do not do that im like how are you gonna tell me you don’t do that if I picked this up on Monday already? He decided to ask his boss, came back on the phone and said no we don’t .. I told him I still had my RECEIPT to show proof since they kept insisting it was a different jewel. I checked my call logs to make sure I am not crazy and same exact phone I called to place the order on MONDAY! Also when I spoke to the “boss” on the phone she was rude and asked “well did you like the cupcakes on Monday” as she proceeded to laugh. Worst customer service ever . & I literally live down the street from this jewel it’s not even a 5 minute drive for me. Extremely disappointed in the horrible customer service . They definitely need to get trained on how to speak to a customer over the phone."

"It's really big and clean here. Everything is easy to find and the staff are all friendly as well. Not to mention the weekly sales are insanely good."
