"This is the SECOND TIME I ordered from their floral dept. And my order was not ready! Both times were helium balloons. I seriously had to wait until a person was called to the floral department, tried to find the order which was not ready so they had to get it ready. Get your act together!!!!!"

"Called the store at the produce department to see if they had the item in stock. Spoke to Sheryl she starts educating me on how to clip the coupon to get the price. I didn't ask her on how to clip the coupon because coupon is clipped I asked her if the item is in stock she told me she will call me once she checks and hung up. How is she going to call me?? Without taking any information down?? Do we need to initiate drug testing perhaps at Wood Dale. Called back to customer service absolutely no response."

"What a great store??? I will not be returning anytime soon. My skin color shouldn’t bother anyone anymore. Someone should review the night management. I don’t feel comfortable going here. My rewards didn’t go through and usually management is able to help and fix it in the system. He treated me like I was less than of a person and if my skin color isn’t the issue maybe he has a thing against women. I’d never think at Jewel I wouldn’t feel welcomed. My father worked for the company for at least 20 years before retiring and would be disappointed to know how jewel is operating."

"Very clean Jewel Osco with much space to move around. Seems to be fully stocked, with nice employees as well as a more updated look compared to some other Jewel Oscos that i have visted. Great Jewel for groceries or to get a quick snack off the Salt Creek Greenway Trail. Highly recommend Jewel if in the area!"
