"I really like this location over the one in North Aurora. It’s not as busy and crowded. Gas stations are in better condition and have a good traffic flow. Lube station is okay. Gas prices are always cheap. There was this one lube tech (not Kevin if he’s still there) but another guy that was heavy set with black hair. He needs to work on his professionalism. He talked way too soft so it was hard to hear when he said my car was done. He got all butt hurt when I wanted to make sure he did the correct oil change. Instead of acting like a child, he needs to grow up. The store itself is very clean. Products were well stocked. Produce quality is mediocre, same as North Aurora. Other than that, they have everything else you would need. Aisles, self checkouts, and registers seemed a lot more spaced out. I also like that you have ample places to eat afterwards. Really great area."

"Clean store. Good selection of items. Reasonable prices. Layout of aisles is not conducive to efficient navigation. Maybe too much selection makes it hard to find things. So many grout lines in floor make it annoying to push a cart over it. I dislike the self checkout experience, but there often are not many human assisted lines open. I have been going to Woodmans about twice a month for 6 months. It is not perfect for me but it is good enough that I will continue."

"Have been trying to get a refund of $8 for a car wash since Sunday that I was not able to use because the receipt didn't print. I have spoken to now 6 employees of the store including the assistant store manager Santiago, and one person at corporate office and forwarded to a voicemail box. I've been promised calls back and have not gotten them. I had to call back both Monday, Tuesday, when I asked Santiago why he didn't call me Tuesday like he said he would his response was "I hear that". It's ridiculous I was told I could get my refund over the phone but now have to drive a total of an hour, 30 minutes there, 30 minutes home, to get a refund of $8, it's even more ridiculous that I've attempted to resolve this with 7 people with no resolution besides driving to the store after being told I could get it over the phone.(UPDATE: I raised the star rating from 1 to 3 because Megan in corporate contacted me and understood my frustration and offered a valid resolution and I greatly appreciate her help! When explaining all I've gone through she understood my complaint was not handled correctly in the first place leading to my frustration over the past 3 days.)"

"For all the brands the store carries,for some reason, I can not find Goya beans there. Also, the self checkout registers' conveyor belts often get stuck and tell you to "place your item on the belt" when it's already there. That automatically stops the checkout process and can be very frustrating when it happens more than once. It can be an issue when you're buying lightweight stuff like seasoning packets. Other than that, I love their sushi, and the selection of plant-based dairy & meat alternatives is unbeatable for miles."

"Awesome grocery store!!! Prices are amazing and you can do all your grocery shopping here without spending a crazy amount. Only thing is you can't use your credit card but I rarely ever use mine for groceries but I know some people might! Shopping aisles are spacious so I can feel comfortable going through to grab my items. The checkout is great too, there's a self service checkout with the conveyor belt so I don't feel overwhelmed with all my things. And two people can be at one of these self service checkouts at the same time because there's a divider. It's a great grocery store I highly recommend!"
