"Go in there late at night about 11pm to get a couple of items and cash back for child's fieldtrip money. The bag of apples scanned twice then I said it scanned twice. The worker looked at me then went to another area to work with his back to me. The automated said help would come soon 2 or 3 times before he finally came over to help. Poor customer service."

"Clipped 4U coupons didn't come off (yes they were selected). Should have checked my receipt but was SO aggravated by cashier who, even though my wine was 1st on conveyor waited until all was rung up b4 calling for someone to scan. Of course that person never showed up so apparently my time doesn't matter plus being overcharged $10 and no wine."

"I am a regular customer and this location has been my favorite for years. Tonight was a huge disappointment. I went to the deli to purchase tamales; it being Tamale Tuesday. There were several customers, so I took a number and waited. Eventually a woman asked what I wanted. I asked if the numbers weren’t being used tonight? She snapped, “No” turned around and walked into the cooler to get something to put in the deep fryers, I believe. The other guy in the deli asked what I wanted. I said tamales and he said they were out. I asked if I said something to anger his coworker. He went on & on for awhile about being busy. I finally left. I just wanted some tamales. I work hard all day and this is the third time that I have come for Tamale Tuesday, only to leave without any. I guess tamales and Jewel Osco deli are no longer for me."

"Worst Jewel ever! Dont come here after 5pm. The service counter person Deb who saw me standing at the service desk and walked past me 2 times was one of the rudest people… if she is that tired that she has to be rude they should put her at the self checkout cause she should not be dealing with customers. I rather take the extra drive to the Jewel on Randall Rd. Each time i come here the people here make me realize why i go elsewhere!"
