He treats you well, talks to you if you have any questions and is not in a hurry to get you out of the office quickly (he is a very down to earth Dr.). His office and staff remind me of appointments in San Antonio. They have at times provided same day appointments. Thank you Dr. Cruz for all you do, keep up the excellent work. I like the North office and staff over the South office office."

Do they think that every one has their cell phone 24/7 checking text? any pretext to cancel appointments , Dr. . is never present and never answer to a complain"

"Dr. Maldonado is a pretty good Dr. The problem is his staff. I was 18 minutes late for the appointment and they wouldn't allow me to see him. Keep in mind that the times I have been there I have had to wait for over an hour, or more. Furthermore, when I showed up there were at least 3 patients waiting so is not like I was going to be seen right away. I will be taking my business elsewhere."
