"Dr. Castillon is the best. The wait time is always very minimal. The location is convenient and I appreciate that the times I have had an appointment the office is very clean and not a lot of patients at one time. So sad to see this doctor leaving Laredo. I have rated 3 stars because this time was very unpleasant interaction with front office staffer. Don't arrive early. I was scolded by the front receptionist for arriving early and coming into the office. If they want patients to wait outside they should lock their door. Ridiculous to have someone say, “ Your not supposed to come inside until we open the door.” Like I visit once a year how am I supposed to know all your rule changes."

"Dr Castillon is compassionate and knowledgeable but his communication to patients is lacking. I need more clarification and education about my health and procedures but he usually seems preoccupied to meet this need."

"Very friendly staff, appointments are flexible, and the wait is not long about 1 hr. The Dr. explains everything thoroughly and takes the time with each patient. I would recommend Dr. Castillon."

"I definitely do not recommend this clinic. I went last year for my first ever annual, and I told the doctor I wanted to start on birth control at the beginning of our appointment. He prescribed me medication (not birth control) to help stabilize my periods and make them more regular. After he was done explaining what that medication would do and was about to let me leave, I reminded him about the birth control. He acted like it was the first time I had asked for it. He got frustrated, and told me basically everything he just said was a waste of time and prescribed me birth control. I had an appointment last week for my annual. I arrived on time and when I checked in, the nurse said the doctor just stepped out for a delivery and he would be 30-45 minutes. I waited for an hour and a half and still was not called. I walked out for 2 minute to grab a water. I waited another 10 minutes and I told the nurse I just wanted to cancel and reschedule. She said they had just called my name but they can reschedule anyway. I rescheduled for today. I waited for an hour and a half AGAIN. When I was finally called, the nurse asked if I had intercourse within the past 4 days. I said yes. She said they would have to reschedule me. She then asked, "No one told you?" No, no one told me!! I didn't get any direction from the nurses. Always just a piece of paper with the appointment time and a come back later. No help, no kindness, and everyone seemed like they hated being there. I will never go back to this place again. I'd rather drive up to Austin to find a nicer hospital than go back to this one."

"The office staff was so nice and professional. The nurses are amazing super nice and funny. They treat patients with respect and kindness. I’m a new patient and I am happy I chose Dr. Castillons office. The Dr takes time to introduce himself and answer all your questions."
