"Great place, Mediterranean style food, among the best in town , with a truly creative cocktail list. The music is trendy and atmosphere is sexy and upbeat. G was our server and was very excellent - we never had to ask for anything. Great addition to the Houston restaurant scene. Note that they did add 22% gratuity for our 2-top table (unusual for a 2-top, and server did not mention it). I noticed this only after I had left another 30% tip on top of that. Once I noticed, I asked G to reverse the additional gratuity; he was gracious and did so. I’m not bothered by the gratuity, but I am bothered that no one said anything about it, as if they were trying to sneak it past me and get an additional tip."

"Date night at Se7en was a wonderful experience. We sat at the bar and ordered bread, prime beef kabob (highly recommend!), miso sea bass, steak, and a burger. Everything was delicious and Clarissa was a wonderful server/bartender who gave us so many drink suggestions!"

"The concept of good music and bit of a show is good but really poor execution. We can start with the entrance which you have to cross thru an elevator with no real signage or directions. Luckily someone saw me looking stupid and showed me. The service received from our waiter was barely average. The drinks are typical htown prices but in smaller cups with essentially all ice so about 4 sips of a margarita and it's done. They didn't have the tomahawk unfortunately which was our plan but tried a filet instead. The overpriced sushi appetizer packed flavor but was the best thing of the night. So on that note, the steak which had no flavor was overcooked, dry and tough. They had one dancer with a bit of fire while there but that's it. In summary, way overpriced for the quality of food, service and atmosphere."
