"I've been there several times. After my most recent visit, I'll never return. Their stylists rush you in and out as quickly as possible, resulting in sloppy work. My last haircut was so uneven that I just shaved my head practically bald to fix their screw-ups. I have gotten decent cuts there in the past, but I've also had several that were not. It seems the corporate policies imposed on their stylists for productivity create most of the problems. They also seem to hire a large proportion of inexperienced help. I'm done paying for a substandard haircut. Beware!"

"Went there to get a simple haircut on 12/30/23 for New Years. Asked for a blunt, all one length bob, they literally butchered my hair. Had to wait until Monday to find a reputable, decent, good hairstylist that was open the get the damage fixed. I would give Negative stars if I could. Terrible customer service."
