".... i dont know if im being a karen.. but at this point.. i think that hurricane harbor is not running honestly. Because when i went to get in with my Y pass they would not let me.. And THIS IS A ROCKFORD PARK DISTRICT POOL. So why cant i get in? If they dont accept our Y passes then they shouldn't get extra help from OUR city. They have really ruined magic waters. And i know for a fact they dont make nearly as much. Even with their greedy prices. What a way to ruin everyones summer."

"My daughter went to this park district for a basketball tournament. When we signed up it said masks required. They didn’t enforce the rule. When I talked to the man, who is the head of the tournament, he got angry and in my face. He kept interrupting. He scared me and others around. We will never participate again at this facility. Don’t participate at this facility if safety and/or kindness is important to you."
