"I’m all for supporting and trying new places but how can you do that if you can never get a response? It’s hard to become a customer when you can’t get an answer on the phone and the time I stopped by place was closed yet said open. Guess I’ll spend my money somewhere else."

"I have visited Jess Nails & Spa for the past 2 months. I love how fast and accurate she is with her work ,loved all the detail she put into my nails and also my mothers. We love supporting business in the neighborhood. She also has yummy snack you can purchase while you visit or to take home chips and ICE CREAM. She is friendly and down to earth and always has great company with her, Peanut."

"I had a very disappointing experience here overall. If you have short nails you'll wanna go somewhere else. Perhaps ppl with longer nails have a better experience here. I asked for a dip powder NC mani w/ a very simple design, they explained that it would be small since they're short which of course made sense & the FIRST time the design itself was acceptable. Well the dip powder was not really explained to me well & I'm a bit of a newb. I'm neurodivergent & both of them were talking at me @ the same time trying to explain it, so of course I didn't really catch what they tried to say but I don't even recall them comparing it to acrylics. I'm terrible @ advocating for myself & I left very disappointed with my mani. It was uneven & bulky, it just looked & felt awkward. Lima didn't even do my cuticles, it all felt rushed. Well I called the next day & spoke to Jess, the owner, who has alot of good reviews & I asked her to redo my mani herself & she agreed. When I came in I was mildly horrified that she couldn't even see what was wrong w/ my nails, she asked me to point it out. They continued to use the weak excuse that it was because my nails are short. (You are just working with less nail though...) Well Jess redid them & I again left very disappointed & I still tipped her for coming in & redoing them. But they were the opposite in that everything which was poor the first time was fixed (we didn't do the dip because it damaged my nails) but surprisingly the design was honestly insulting. She sat there & told me that she's known for nails in Chi. 3 DAYS LATER they chipped. I'm never coming back here. I wasted $85 in total & kinda wish I had just asked for the initial $60 mani cost back. I attached photos but it's hard to see how bad the nail beds were from the 1st mani, you can see in the 2 pics from the 2nd mani how poor the design was. This is my honest review & I sincerely hope others have a better experience."

"I had such an awesome experience. Jess was simply amazing. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. This is my first time receiving a manicure since I was a teen and Jess made my nails look fabulous. It is a great place to go to get your nails done. I highly recommend it."
