"I went for a no chip French tip manicure & a regular pedicure Monday evening and by YESTERDAY THURSDAY 3 of my nails chipped completely off! A very nice lady Sue completed my services however during the pedicure she made many mistakes that SHE ACKNOWLEDGED such as using the top coat instead of the base coat accidentally so she had to add another layer & again at the end she switched them and used the base coat instead of the top! She reassured me I had nothing to be worried about and it would just make my set “last longer”. Which was a LIE! My set hasn’t even lasted a WEEK! I’m so upset I paid $80 just for it to last 4 days ?? And half of my nails are crooked. Not to mention I asked for square and she gave me round nails."

"A very disatisfying experience this time around. I've been coming here since before covid and you've lost a customer and anyone I can influence by recommending against MX Nails. Yesterday I got one of the worst pedicures I've ever received. I came in late and I wasn't paying attention. The color wasn't what I asked for but I just went with it agreeably. I don't often complain about the way the owner, Sue, does my nails. She's usually very very good. Yesterday, half my nails weren't filed. She didn't buff, she didn't even push the cuticles back. I mean really I didn't even get a whole pedicure but still chose to pay for it! I let it go thinking, we're all tired. Then i realized she didn't use the colors I asked for in the design I'm paying for. No big deal. Got to the register and noticed the price increased. Again no big deal. Just pay it and go. So the whole experience, jagged toe nails, wrong color, starts to marinate with me and i decide to come back the next day (today) to request they change the color, clean up what she very obviously didn't do the day before. (My fault for not mentioning it last night. I shouldve spoke up but again, i trust this woman and the quality she historically put out!) What happens? Nothing but attitude. Poor customer service. God forbid someone say you didnt file a nail. Smh. She tells me she did clean the nails right and she did do this. Well she didn't, otherwise i wouldn't be here. Lol next thing ya know we're basically in a full blown disagreement while there is literally a jagged piece of nail hanging off my toe lol. Fast forward....she cut one of my big toes entirely way too short, probably on purpose, and I'm overall regretting even coming back. My bad for thinking you'd do right by a loyal customer. She did the opposite. I'll never be back and I will certainly advise anyone I know that comes here, not to be back. I had to tell her she overcharged me for the pedicure by 5.00, she goes...razor blade on your feet cost 5.00. Okay? Well, shes never charged me for it before. Just suddenly doing things I didn't ask for. Charging me for them and claiming it's the normal price. Okay. Thank you for the terrible experience. Keep the 5 bucks. Have a look at these awful big toes after my 2 day pedicure at MX Nails. My goodness. What a waste of 45 dollars."

"First off, I didn't have any appointment and I got service within 10mins of walking in. The lady was very nice ( I can't remember her name). The price is very reasonable and my nails were gorgeous, with minor cleaning up issues . I would recommend this place on any given day"
