"I used to love this place when Tina was working. She had been my nail tech for 6 years and she was excellent!!! She left and I tried to continue to go but, Nina the owner, has an attitude for some reason all the time and polishes toes like a 4 year old. I asked for acrylic overlay on my 2 big toes. Nina was so rude! She put the acrylic on toes and then without buffing, filing or smoothing..... tried to just polish my toes!!!!! Like I didn't know it was the process. That was it and I haven't gone back. It's toooo many nail shops to be treated badly"

"This place never upens on time. I waited on several occasions for them to open. On Saturday April 23rd I waited 40 minutes for them to open. I was 3rd in line. One lady left which made me second. When the employees finally showed up. I signed in. A white guy came in after they opened and they took him ahead of me. He and I both were getting a pedicure. He didn’t wait at all. He was put ahead of everyone waiting. When I said something a lot of arguing went on between the employees in their language. Lilly (Asian) women that waited on the white guy instead of taking me and following the line how we came in. She wanted to take the white guy. This place is racist. I would not recommend any person of color to go to this establishment. I was humiliated, hurt, and couldn’t believe such a racist act is yet going on in this day and age. Shame on them. This had never happened before. Please do not go to this establishment!!!!! I left immediately."

"The business states their operating hour begin at 9:30 am; it is 10 am, and no one is present to attend to customers. Three other patrons are waiting outside the business; we all have waited for at least 30 minutes. Poor business practices!"
