"Horrible! a base coat, 3 coats of color and a top coat? My nails smudged walking out the door and I kept walking! I will never go back- overpriced and all they want you to do is dip or no chip. $15 for a finger nail polish change and a $5 tip? And they didn't even have "Hue is the Artist" by OPI."

"I’ve been coming here on and off for a few years. Came in today for my usual dip mani with Kevin. It took him so long to get my polish off that he passed me off to Kelly when his other appointment came in. She seemed very annoyed that she had to step in and finish. She was very rough on my fingers and I have small cuts on my fingers. She rushed through my dip and did not do the dip base or top coat. I have the powder residue all over my fingers and in some places there is polish sticking my nail to my finger. The final top coat left my nails looking bumpy and scratched. While I was paying I mentioned to Ken that it didn’t look right and he called Kelly back out to fix it. I showed her what my concerns were and she told me she did not see anything repeatedly and even showed another nail tech and told me he doesn’t see anything either. At this point I was very frustrated that she was being rude to me when I asked nicely for it to be fixed. She even laughed and said she did not see any problem with them. I left a tip and walked out and will not be coming back again. It was so clear that she did not want to be doing my nails that she rushed through and then was annoyed that I said something. It took them 1 hour and 40 minutes to do my nails while my friend who came with had Ken and he did her nails in 1 hour and hers look amazing."

"Out of town, based on reviews I would check them out. Had a gel manicure and pedicure. Let's start with the manicure the nail tech literally butchered my cuticles, I had cuts all over. I told her to go gently and she is cutting to deep, she nodded her head and said she would go gentle. She was still very aggressive, when I tell her that my cuticles are bleeding and asked for rubbing alcohol she went it got it. Why ignore the damage? I was baffled. She aggressively filed not only my nail but the skin around it. The actual gel part turn out fine. The pedicure was fine, the person took their time to do a good job until we got to the nail polish application, they painted outside the nail bed and used the brush to clean it up. However b/c it was such a bright color is smudged everywhere, not very professional. The process took 1.5 hours and not once was I offered water (others were offered, my gut told they cater to a very specific demographic). I don't recommend this place."
