"Went there once and the stylist almost fried my hair, it was smelly and all dry. Just hated how they treated my hair. I don’t even use myself the hair dryer and they overheated my scalp, horrific!! Not recommend"

"I had called a day in advance and asked if it was possible if I can go in and get my nails done or if it was best to make an appointment and the person on the line said it was best through appointment and I made an appointment for 2:30pm the next day. Fast forward the next day I get there around 2:15 and tell them I was here for an appointment and all of a sudden the lady that was supposed to do my nails tells me that they’re missing a stylist and they’re short staffed. Don’t get me wrong I understand being short staffed and what not but the fact that they didn’t even call me to tell me in advance and literally waited until I got there to tell me is unprofessional. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re gonna tell me to wait a whole hour? I couldn’t do it and decided to go somewhere else. I understand unexpected things happen but they could of gave me a call or text or whatever it’s doesn’t take much. Instead they chose to waste my time. First and last time ever coming to this place."

"I was referred by a coworker and I loved the work saw on her hair . I had been looking for a professional hair stylist that could do my Balayage. I scheduled my appointment to get my hair done by Monica. The day of my appointment which was at 11:30am. I got there on time and take in mind That it’s 45 mins Drive for me to this salon but I still wanted to see her work. I’m outside the salon waiting, 30 minutes passed by , 1 hours passed by, no sign of anyone In the salon nor answering my calls. After an hour of waiting outside, I see someone coming in the salon which works there and I tell her I had an appointment for 11:30 and I had been waiting. She calls monica and Monica had no clue she even had an an appointment scheduled in her agenda , anyways she says she’ll be in the salon in 5 mins. Another 30 mins passed by and at this point I’m just tired of waiting,like people have things to do!!.... I still remained polite and decided to try again since we are all humans an mistakes are made. There I go scheduling my appointment with Monica again the following week to see if this time she actually gets there on time for her client - scheduled for a Friday at 11:30AM just like last week, I get there and the salon is closed again. Monica never got there i even had to get her personal normal from my co worker since no one answered at the salon. Monica was very rude when I told her I had been waiting outside her salon for an hour it sounded like she didn’t even care about the clients that are referred. I was very disappointed cause I really wanted my hair done but I guess some business owners don’t care about their agenda or clients. So ignorant. I never got to see her work but doing this to a new client it tells you a lot about what type of business owner this person is. Definitely not a hater but girl needs to step it up and take care of her business."
