"Don’t waste your time or money. I was there 2.5 hours and the guy did a terrible job with my hands. My “no chip” nail polish chipped as soon as I got home. I went back and the woman was rude! I do not recommend."

"I came here on February 4th to get a no chipped medicure and a regular pedicure. The next day I noticed my nail was chip. The next day after that serval of my nails was chipped. At first I was going to over look it; because I did not want to come back to the mall, but my nails started to look worser day by day. When I came up here three days later on Wednesday. The manager was giving me a hard time asking me how long ago it's been and where is my receipt. I did not keep the receipt from three days ago, so he asked me to give him my card, and I did. I stated I was just here three days ago, why are you making a big deal out of this. So he sit and went through thousands of receipts and finally he found it, and had someone to re do my nails. Today is Saturday and the samething happened. From Wednesday up until today. My nails did the same thing. The manager put the blame on me and told me it's the way I'm handling my nails. I said no it's the polish and y'all need to change it out and buy more, and stop watering it down. He wanted to argue, but I told him I'm not here for that . I'm here to get my nails fixed. The manager did my nails this time. Back in fourth talking. Continually complaining about my nails. When he did my nails he would dip the polish in every other nail. I'm thinking to my self wow. It's that serious over some $5 polish. When he finished him and his coworkers got the talking aggressively in Chinese. While they was looking at me. I just walked out in disbelief. This has been an unpleasant experience and I would not be back. Way make a big deal over some 5 nail polish to do my nails. If I paid for no chipped medicure then my nails should not chipped for a least two weeks. Two times and one week at the nail salon for the same reason, and have nerve to blame the problem on me. That was very rude and disrespectful, and totally unprofessional."

"Do not go here!!! I went to this place & got no chip manicure. I woke up the next morning and one nail was missing polish and later that day polish fell off another finger. By day 3, I was missing polish on 6 fingers. The assistant manager told me that when the weather is cold the polish will lift & may crack & that I would have to pay to get my nails done again. I am not new to getting no chip manicures & i have never ever had this happen before. This place refused to to make things right which tells me that they do not stand behind their services, is a dishonorable (not classy at all), & do not appreciate their customers. I will not spend my hard earned money here ever again nor recommend to others."

"My experience with this business has been great but all before the pandemic. I only allow 1 person to service my needs here as I have come for many years, more than 20. My problem is that the price for like services differ so much. Clear regular acrylic is $20 cheaper than colored regular acrylic. Why is that? Not dip powder, just regular acrylic. No soap for the pedicure. Why not? The services are performed at a faster pace and if you don't say anything, you'll get shoddy work with no discount. Come on Classy Nails! Let's get back to the top notch service you use to give."

"How are these places still in business?? Unfortunately I fell victim to needing a last minute nail appointment. And of course they will take you. You just have to wait for however long because they want your money. This place does not clean their equipment at all!!! I NOW HAVE FUNGUS IN 8 OF 10 OF MY NAILS!!!! At the time, I didn't know it was fungus.. I thought it was trauma because I dont get my nails done often. Maybe once every few years because it's so uncomfortable. So when I went to get my nails soaked off, they drilled down on my real nails to try and hide it, and then put some polish on it ("to make them stronger" she said) I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO COME HERE. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. MONEY HUNGRY ANIMALS!!"
