"Went there today to do my nails. I had perfect russian manicure done before and came there to refresh and it was a huge mistake. They were not able to remove my old gel and the lady did not know how to use the drill. She had to go and ask someone else for help. She was clearly very annoyed with the situation. Left very unhappy, with my nails damaged. I would never come back again, not for this kind of service and not for the money we payed. Avoid!"

"Be careful. Went to get my dip removed and Dazzle painted on. The tech was very bold and rough. She talked me into "no chip" polish instead of the Dazzle, which I went in for. Not a very professional job and took a lot of the enamel off of my nails. Be ware and don't let them talk you into something you did'nt sign up for."

"I have been going to Oak Spa nails since they opened a few years ago in Winnetka. They have been very welcoming and the nail technicians are very skilled and professional. The atmosphere of the spa is light, pretty and well maintained. There is very little turnover from what I can tell, which to me says a lot about the spa and the management. Go pay a visit, I’m sure you’ll find it very pleasant and will be happy with whatever service you choose!"

"Terrible experience!!!!. Made an appointment and drove 1 hour to get there. When I walked in the technician looked at me in disapproval and began speaking in her language to her coworker. After 10 min of standing there she pointed to where I could sit . After that she told me she doesn’t have time to do my nails because her next appointment is at 4 pm. Mind you I called ahead and made my appointment at 3 pm. It was than 3:20 and basically she didn’t me me walking out of there at all . She told me I can call the manager . I tried calling and went straight to voice mail . Never will go there again . Customer service less than 0 ."

"Was my first time going yesterday and it was such an amazing experience! My nails were stained from work and they made them look beautiful and gave me a manicure before putting my GEL X nails on! Tia was so nice and super accommodating! Already rebooked to be back!"
