"I’ve been coming here for a while and getting my brows done by Lucy and began bring my daughter, this is her second time here and today we were lated by 3 minutes due to the construction going on in front of her business and had to go around and got stuck by the train I call and explain but she wasn’t hear it she wouldn’t service us and said she has a strict, strict policy and that someone else had to complete services. Meanwhile, she just stood there filing her nails and walking around doing nothing. She still had the other girl service her saying she had another appointment when she could’ve service her!
