"I went to get my eyebrows threaded. She did an okay job, but she missed a few hairs on the sides. I asked her if she could clean it up and she ended up pulling out a couple of my upper corner Lashes on both sides! I'm hoping that it was an accident and not an intention because I very politely asked her to grab a few hairs on the sides that she had missed, or because I wouldn't purchase any of the other services she pushed. Either way disappointing to say the least."

"I first want to say that all the staff at this location were incredibly lovely & welcoming. I hesitated to write this review but thought it was important to differentiate what is being advertised. I went in for a super last minute eyelash extension appointment due to my regular tech being unavailable at another salon & needed the get my lashes done before heading out of town. The women who took care of me was so nice but when I saw the final product I knew these were not quality eyelash extensions but instead just cluster lashes with strong glue maybe hair glue. As someone who consistently gets eyelash extensions filled every few weeks you can absolutely tell the difference. Not to mention these clusters were also not placed in the best way. All in all I would give this place another shot for waxing or threading which I believe they are more known for but not eyelashes. For the price, I’d recommend seeing a real lash tech who specializes in this area."

"***Updated review: I decided to give them another chance after the owner reached out to me apologizing. This time I went in for an eyebrow thread/tint/lamination and wow…I was blown away the the results. My eyebrows looked beautiful and full. She took her time on my eyebrows (a little under an hour) and the results show that. I’m giving 4 stars because they only lasted 2 weeks. She told me that if I was in water a lot, they wouldn’t last as long. I did go on vacation but only actually put my head in the water twice and both times the glue she used on my eyebrow came off immediately. She did warn me before but I was hoping to get way more than 2 weeks out considering what I paid. But that’s not her fault, I would definitely come back for this service again after giving them another try (if I wasn’t going to be in water). Thanks Rashi for providing a better experience for me this time around. I included 2 new photos of my eyebrows from the first day and 2 weeks later. I came in on a Saturday evening and there was a lady working on someone’s lashes so I waited for some time, which I didn’t mind. Another customer walked and waited for some time until she told me she would take me. She didn’t greet me or anything, just told me to hold my eyebrows. I could just feel her rushing and pulling half of my eyebrow off. I told her I wanted to get my eyebrows tinted as well. She put the tint on and barely let it sit for less than 3 mins. Once I checked in the mirror she asked if the color was okay and I asked her if she could make it darker because I have light eyebrows. She had an attitude and proceeded to tell me that my eyebrows are too light. This time she left the tint on a little longer and left it looking extremely sloppy. The least she could do was make them look nice and not complain about it. I didn’t even say anything about her making one of them super thin because I was ready to get out of there and never come back. She then proceeded to take the next customer and gave her great customer service. I have never felt so unwelcomed and rushed before, it was truly uncomfortable. If that’s the energy you’re going to give to people who walk in then you SHOULD NOT have a “walk-in” sign on your door. I had been to this place twice before and was pretty happy with the service I received. The other two times it was with a different, nicer woman took care of me. I know I have thin/light eyebrows but that doesn’t mean that I deserve less quality service. I don’t think I’ll ever come back here, $25 for $7 service."
