"I explained the color I wanted and showed a picture. She did a horrible job and the color was horrible. Called her to fix it and I went in a 2nd time just to have her put toner on it that washed out 3 days later and I was back to the horrible color. She told me to come back that she would put toner again and leave it in longer..no way!!! I went to another salon and now have a new hair dresser. I highly recommend you go else where. The top picture was the disaster from colours salon. The bottom was after new hairdresser from another salon fixed it."
