"Awful service! DO NOT GO HERE! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Went here for gel nail removal and the lady started ripping off my nails with a tool without soaking. Half of my real nail came off and there was blood all over my nail. The nail tech did not even say anything expecting me not to notice and then began to soak my nails in acetone. She continued trying to rip them off after I told her that I could have done this at home. I came to a salon as to not ruin my nails and could have ripped them off by myself at home. Plus this is the filthiest nail salon I have ever been to! They don’t even clean their tools and reuse the same dirty towels. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN!!! Paid $15 for my nails to be ripped off and damaged"

"I came here for a mani/pedi and the lady who worked on me did a very poor job, she even cut my fingers and made me bleed twice while working on my cuticles - and the rude woman at the front desk came to take payment from me while the other lady was still working on my nails! (And wiping the blood from my fingers). As if she knew the service was poor and wanted to make sure I paid instead of walking out like I should have done. You can tell all they care about is getting their money - not about providing good service. The manicure itself was sloppy work, and chipped off in a few days. Not worth the money. I could’ve done a better job at home. If I could give zero stars I would. Never coming back here again."
