"Get my nails done here every 2 weeks always look good but went today and am very very disappointed"

"I’ve been here twice. The first time I came in for a pedicure and she told me it would be 15- 20 minutes. After waiting 5-10 minutes an older gentleman came in and was immediately sat down for a pedicure. She then told me it would be another 15-20 minutes so I got up and left. Today I walked in after a classmate was just over there and asked for a full set which I noticed she was looking to accommodate me. I then told her I’d like a soak off and an overlay instead and she told me they didn’t have time. It’s 5:30 and they close at 8 so I’m confused. An overlay is easier than a full set so I’m truly confused. I’ll NEVER return!"

"I loved it I went to a salon a day before and they said they didn’t have my nail size I got mad so I came to nail care and it’s such a cheap price for acrylic nail set and there sooo nice I loved it definitely coming back again!"

"I like how the lady did my nails. BUT, she kept pausing to go on her phone and text MEANWHILE doing my nails. Multiple times she kept going on her phone. & also, she wasn’t the only staff pausing from doing nails with a customer just to go on their phone. I found that extremely rude. They should pay attention to their customers at ALL times especially while doing their nails. Found that very unprofessional. Also a greeting when you enter the door would be nice."
