"My husband needed his hair and beard trimmed, and when we arrived we found out they also do eyebrow tinting. So he got that too. Kate was the young lady helping him, and she was so kind and patient. Anyone who meets my husband can tell he is more than a bit anxious, or nervous, she was so sweet. She took her time, explained everything, made sure he was happy every step of the way, and fixed the eyebrows when one side looked a little darker to him, even though we both assured him they were fine. It's not about us though. Everyone who helped us was super friendly, and though I have my own spot for certain things, I would actually come back here myself. He did not get much taken off his beard or hair, but it does look healthier and just better. His eyebrows though, he has always had really light, barely there eyebrows, and she tinted them in a way, where, yes you can see them now, but they match his hair, and are light enough to look natural! This place is great, and Kate is completely awesome!! We will be back in the future!"

"Brooke is amazing. I have been cutting and coloring my own thick/long hair for 5 years. After some hard years, breast cancer and treatments that blocked my hormones, my hair had clearly suffered. Brooke quickly cut off inches of split ends, gave me a great style/blow out and gave me a hot oil treatment. I had worried that my "good hair" days were gone. Thankfully that was not true. "I went in with long beautiful hair to my lower back, wanting to go an inch under my collarbone. I had Carole as my stylist and she started off great. I thought she really understood what I wanted as she was understanding that this was a big change for me and offered to go little by little as to not shock me so much. However, she went short right away so I told her to not go any shorter as my hair was already at my collarbone by this point. Things only got worse when she gave me super short and botched layers. I never asked for layers let alone such short ones. The layers don’t even reach my ears and go all the way around my head. It looks so choppy and ugly. I can’t even look in the mirror without bawling my eyes out and it’s been over 24 hours since my appointment. I have never had a bad experience here before but due to this I will never be coming back here. It will be years before my hair will look like it did before Carole cut it."
