"I should have been wary when there weren't prices listed on the website. But before booking, I called to check how much a haircut for my 12-year-old daughter would be. I was told the cost would be $37, with the cost varying slightly depending on the length of her hair. Imagine my surprise when I was charged $75 - double the price I was quoted! My daughter doesn't have long hair - it's just above her shoulders. She only got a trim and the entire haircut only took 20 minutes. At no time during check-in was the price increase communicated to me. I'm extremely disappointed. Bliss needs to put prices on its website and booking tool to avoid any miscommunication and price gouging! Giving 1 extra star because the haircut was fine."

"Eva was so welcoming and wonderful! I went in for a manicure and pedicure a few days ahead of my due date and she gave me a wonderful foot/leg massage and threw in a free paraffin wax during the pedicure. They seem very accommodating with scheduling and will come back in the future!"

"I switched to Bliss a year ago and absolutely love this salon. My stylist/colorist is very experienced, and takes so much time with each client. The color she mixes for my hair is beautiful...natural, and the cut is amazing. The salon has every protocol in place for Covid safety (added many safety features when they closed during early pandemic). I love my manicure and pedicure as well. All prices are basically the "going rate" for a high quality salon. Highly recommended!"

"Katie has been doing my hair for years and years. I've followed for from salon to salon. Bliss is by far the nicest salon she has worked with While I had concerns having my hair done during the pandemic they were quickly erased as I entered the doors of this nicely equipped salon. After the usual health questions and temperature check I was led to the back, social distancing in place, chairs were immediately cleaned off after each client etc...if you have concerns about having your hair done at this time, Bliss is taking all precautions. If you want a fantastic stylist/colorist, you definitely want Katie. I get amazing compliments and am very happy each time she creates a new style for me."
