"I was looking for a new place to do my nails, since I just moved in in the area. So I went to this place, but I didn't have a good experience. 3 of my nails broke and cheap after 1 day. Customer service was really nice though, the lady who did my nails was nice but they the job was poorly done."

"I always get my nails done over here but this time they disappoint me. They make me wait for an hour without letting me know the wait time and when it was my turn to get my manicure Helen rushed when she remove my previous manicure she make my nails bleed and if it’s a bit I’m still fine with it. I had to take my hands off the bowl of acetone because it sting so bad. Then she stop and told me to wait for the guy to start on my nails because her client walked in. The guy then start doing my nails and he too did it too hard so now the same finger got worse. I paid $61 for a nice nails with bad bleeding sting cuticles. As I’m typing this, my nails is still bleeding. And it’s a pretty deep cut too. *Bleeding nails in picture was right after I walked out to my car I thought it won’t be so bad until when k get home and I realize how bad it is*"

"I was there on Thursday (Aug 10th), late afternoon to get a dip. On Saturday, my nails started chipping and a couple of my nails broke, and this is because Annie filed my nails into the pointed/sharp nail. The individual Annie, had no idea about what she was doing. She completely botched my nails and I am still upset because I actually liked the color seeing as they did not have many dip colors to choose from. I Itold Annie I wanted my nails an oval shape and she told me that my nails were too short. Surprised became I always get my nails in the oval shape. After she finished, I asked how much she response $65….what was my response, I do dip every mani, for more than 5 years and the price is outrageous, then she asked me for a tip, lol! If you know what I know, you will stay away from this dump! Just added 2 more pix"

"I stopped going to Passion Nails last summer ‘22 because Tammy cut into my cuticle and very harshly tore my surrounding skin with the file. Rushing through my simple manicure. I still allowed my daughter to go, but as of this year we are both no longer clients. Annie gave her a messy, thick acrylic set. She sawed down her cuticles and nail bed to where her hands were throbbing and burning from the pain and she had to repeatedly tell her it hurt. Both two very unfortunate circumstances. We loved this place and know these ladies can do a good job if they didn’t rush. Will never be returning."
