UB nails

"If I could give this place ZERO stars I would!!! They were terrible to my daughter and her friend. My daughter called in 2 GEL ACRYLIC MANICURES and the lady rushed her and then hung up on her. They said it was nice when they first went in. But, my daughter noticed that they were going to do a regular gel manicure without the acrylic extensions. She immediately stopped her manicurist and told her the mistake and the manicurist started yelling at her and making her feel stupid. This manicurist gaslit her and made her admit to not asking for extensions when she actually did. She told my daughter that she didn’t have time to do the manicure CORRECTLY as she had another appointment after my daughter’s. The manicurist then filed down all of the work she had done on my daughter’s nails and charged her and her friend $15 EACH. My daughters’ friends’ manicurist was a very nice man and he even apologized for the incident. My daughter came home on THE VERGE OF TEARS. I would never recommend this salon and I was super close to going in and having a word with the worker that did my daughters nails. Do better."

"My experience at the salon was great! I got gel x nails with extensions and I think I paid $65 before tip. My nails looked awesome and my nail tech was very kind and looked like she was taking her time. Fast forward only 8 days and all of my nails have fallen off. I’m extremely disappointed because $80 is not cheap especially when i’ve gone other places with cheaper pricing and they’ve lasted a month. I will not be coming back."

"Great experience. I didn’t love my original nail color I chose and the person doing my nails suggested a similar color that was closer to what I wanted. I let her know this was for a special occasion and I felt like she really did a good job and paid attention to detail on the edges so they’d last my entire trip. It was $40 + tip for no chip manicure"

"I got a manicure at this place today. The lady that did mine was rude and insulting (she thought I could not understand but I did). The manicure was painful and truthfully the worst experience I’ve ever had. Funny enough when I asked who manager of the salon was, nobody knew who he or she is."
