"I have tried this nail salon multiple times over the course of a few months as I am new to the area. The services are hit or miss every time- from gel manicures, to pedicures, to kiddie mani-pedis- hit or miss. The customer service is ALWAYS TERRIBLE. The prices change every time you get a service (seems like they make them up as they go), and there are no apologies for dissatisfied customers. I am writing this review with sore thumbs as we speak because the nail tech was so ROUGH with my nails and cuticles that they are inflamed. I winced and even asked her if she was okay because she was so rough, yet I did not even receive an apology or anything. She just mumbled under her mask as my fingers were throbbing. Patronize at your own risk."

"I must be a glutton for punishment because I gave them a second chance after overcharging me for my daughter appointment last year. Because they are usually full staffed and I’m usually last minute, I started coming back recently. Well today when doing me and my spouse pedicure, he was cut on the foot. They still wanted to proceed with putting hot wax on his foot, despite him bleeding. We didn’t let them put more chemicals and wax on him to prevent infection. You would think they would automatically offer a discount after cutting someone but nope! They tried to charge for the full pedicure despite not being able to complete all steps due to their error. They discounted it but only to the price of a basic pedicure. It should’ve been free. They just don’t deserve our business. No apologies. No accommodation. Nothing but pay me now!"

"Took my daughter for her first time and lady was rude. told me she couldn’t do the shape or the design (was just an ambria with one color) and then told me 75 when I asked her why she started talking in her language so we had to just paint whole nail one color for 55 when doing her nails she pushed my daughters hand so hard if it wasn’t for my daughter really wanting to finish we would have just walked out I will never be returning and being new to the area it just makes it worse"

"If I could give a 0 I would. First visit no chip chipped in 2days, came back and and someone else fixed it. 2nd time same person had a nasty attitude, I asked her was there a problem because the last visit she was pleasant. When it was time to pay, I forgot I locked my card and it declined, I explained I'm sorry let me unlock my card. She says no decline. No money. Excuse me? This is a gold AE card. Worst service, unprofessional and unpleasant. Will not visit again. The shop was cute and clean cant say the same for the staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"Unfortunately, I have negative review…This was my first visit here… First, I have my natural nails I do not understand why the nail shops want to use that power file thing on real nails. The lady that took the dip off my nails put that thing on the highest power, now my nails are super thin and breaking. I went in on Friday 9/8/23 Vicky did my nails I got dip on Sunday 9/10 my thumb nail chipped, the next couple of days I had 5 chipped nails. So I went in when I had time on Wednesday evening around 7:30, Nine said come back tomorrow so I told her I couldn’t get there during the week until 7:30 she said come Saturday because they were about to close. I went back today (Saturday) Vicky had like 3 people a head of me. I don’t have time to sit thru that many people getting their nails done. I feel like someone else could’ve fixed my nails. If I my nails were messed up because of me I would’ve waited. Highly frustrating when you spend good money but get bad service. Vicky did a good job on shaping my nails though."
