"The women at the front desk was very very rude and couldn’t give me an explanation why I got over charged for a basic haircut. A trim to be exact. I paid for a wash cut and style. But I didn’t get shampooed or styled. I wouldn’t recommend this place"

"Wife went with my son. Didn't even get the sides right with clippers. Did a straight cut on his curly hair on top with no layering. Called to see if we could get it fixed and they said come on in and just hung up, needless to say I don't feel super welcomed to go back there. From other reviews, seems like a great place to go as an adult, but I wouldn't suggest bringing your kids."

"Just had an unpleasant experience here. First of all they treat my hair roughly. Here are some finishing looks... you can see the unevenness and lots stands out hair... Plus,they did not shampoo my hair but charged my a shampooed price."
