"I was super excited to to my lashes today, never in my life did I expect myself to break down in front of everyone as I did. My technician was Tyrisha she was terrible or new, or under trained, she absolutely did a terrible job, and when everyone told her to fill in with different numbers, she glued my lashes kept pulling on my hair and I couldn’t say anything because I didn’t want to be a Karen, my lashes look so bad even the 10 year old kid at home say what did you do All that cost $167 dollars. Absolutely unbelievable… Tyrisha do yourself a favor and get more training and wipe the attitude You are the worst!"

"DO NOT GO HERE!! I’m not sure what lashes and glue they are using … but I lost at least half within 24 hours. I requested a refund due to my busy schedule; I was declined. That’s fine, so I was offered them to be redone … I allowed them to redo them, and they looked good initially. Not GREAT, and did not hold a candle to my previous artist from where I moved, but I was happy. Not even 24 hours later and I was in the same boat. I complained again and was told that it’s “normal” to shed. But when you use CLUSTER LASHES it’s necessary that you don’t lose too many too quickly or you will look like a clown. Keep in mind, I do not sleep on my back, I do not pick or rub, and I don’t use anything oily. No water or steam within the first 48 hours either. When I asked a final time for a refund, they denied, refused to let me speak to a manager, and when I asked for the ingredients and brand of lashes used on my EYES they not only refused but they also HUNG UP ON ME. I am reasonably suspicious given how easily these lashes have shed. When I trusted them to redo my lashes, I asked what would happen if they didn’t work and they said they would consider the best route. Instead they gave absolutely zero options. I also got a few second opinions and everyone agreed how awful they looked for having just gotten them done. I’m not new to getting my eyelashes done — I know when there is a quality issue."

"They are very organized. The salon is really nice. It's clean and very sparkly. The girl did a great job on my lashes they look amazing! She was very confident while doing them, very steady hands and a light touch so it was easy to just relax while she did her job. I will definitely be going back. An update as of 08/23..This salon is the BEST lash salon ever! I have blonde lashes naturally so having lashes done is a total miracle! I always had an issue with my lashes and for years I dyed them and wore tons of mascara so I didn't look weird. I wish lashes were done back when I was younger because I would have gotten them back then. Joanna is a miracle worker, my lashes always look amazing! I don't have to wear mascara on my top lashes ever!! It really has boosted my confidence..these lashes are a game changer!!"
