"Not welcoming. Handwritten signs about how they want their tips. Workers were yelling at a customer who was explaining what hairstyle she wanted, from the chair, mid haircut."
"Heather and Fern did a great job on my kids haircuts! The boys brought pictures in and the ladies were able to give each kid the haircut they wanted. In addition, they kept a conversation going with them and had them laughing. We enjoyed the experience."
"I cut my son's hair today and I am extremely unsatisfied with the attitude. I don't like the way how the lady talked to me at all so I just payed for the haircut without included tip. I payed by card and it automatically ask for a tip on the screen so I hit no. After this the lady asked me will I give her a tip on cash. I answered no. And at the end I heard this: " Next time when you come here plan to give a tip" it was extremely rude. I do not recommend this place. In addition I would like to add some photos of the haircut. You can literally see the "stairs" on his head. If you will go there, please ask for Mario - he is great. The haircut was good and he was super nice."
