"Tried this place a couple times & just have not had a great experience - my acrylic nails often had bubbles, were unevenly shaped and would break off after only 1 week. The pedicures were overall good, except I asked for a deluxe pedicure & they put my feet in a bag of hot liquid that was searing hot & super unpleasant. Would recommend getting your nails done somewhere else in la grange."

"The girl that did my nails was very nice and it was a relaxing atmosphere. The pedicure was nice and I thought my no chip manicure was nice too until it started chipping only a week after getting it done. I've had no chip manicures other places that lasted a lot longer than there's. I'm very disappointed won't be going back."

"I called a few days ahead to see if there was space to book two manis and two pedis for me, my wife, and two of our friends on Christmas Eve afternoon. when we arrived the man who greeted us was kind of gruff and confused, kept moving my friend and I to different pedi chairs, and had us wait over 20 minutes despite me calling ahead. That was a bummer because then my wife and other friend who got manis had to wait around for us. When my pedicure started, I had no way to communicate with the woman doing my nails. She was deaf, did not appear to read lips, and didn't really attempt to communicate even using the keypad on her phone, so it was awkward to feel there was no way for me to speak with her, and there were no real attempts made by anyone in the salon to help us be able to communicate with each other. Although she was very friendly, she pulled back my cuticles VERY fast and forcefully, and the tool cut my big toe all the way around my nail. This made the rest of the treatment extremely painful for me, and again, since we couldn't talk to each other, I had no way to tell her this. Since feet and toes bend so much, the wound is still reopening and painful a week later. Also, I was hoping to get a clear polish on my toes rather than color, but whatever was put on my toes, they were neither shiny nor smooth when it was done. When we were all finished, I saw my wife had her manicure done by the same woman, and two of her fingers were bleeding most of the way around the nail as well. All the women there were nice, and I enjoyed the exfoliating and the paraffin wax dip included in the deluxe pedi a lot, but I really can't recommend this place at all after the experience I had. As a side note, someone was storing their personal toiletries in the bathroom out in the open, which isn't some huge deal, but kind of weird. Put that stuff in a cabinet at least."
