"I used to come to this place all the time until recently I observed them rinse their tools in water and pack them in sealed bags to make an impression that they use new tools for every client. They do not steralize their tools. It is so dangerous. One can catch fungus and infections. Be careful..."

"I got my nails done at Nailed It with my sisters and best friend two days before my wedding. The staff was so incredible! They accommodated us and even kept the shop open past the closing time to finish our nails. They even made time to do my little 3 year old niece's nails. Adorable! They let us bring drinks to celebrate. I strongly recommend! I have such sweet memories here!"

"My sister and I were in the area and felt the need to get pedicures for some some relaxation as we were going through a stressful situation. I had called beforehand since the salon would be closing in 30 minutes but they graciously said they’d be able to fit us in. We were greeted warmly by the owner and sat right away. Unfortunately my sister’s nail tech was obviously hesitant to want to do her pedi—seemed like she was in a hurry and as such wasn’t doing a good job and my sister ended up leaving only having had her no chip polish removed. Yet she was charged full price for pedicure. Sadly it was a bad experience for her. I, on the other hand, had a wonderful experience with the owner and my nail tech. The owner had tried to assuage the situation with my sister but tensions were already taut and unfixable. My pedicure was done meticulously and dare I say it was the best I’ve had anywhere! It’s a shame I live so far away. It is obvious the owner really cares about her customers and the salon since she reached out to me via text later that evening to offer refund or free for my sister since her experience was not a good one. It was such a kind gesture and totally above and beyond! This salon is great and truly does care about their customers. I would gladly make this my regular spot if I lived nearby!"
