"Great clips, wheeling location is amazing as it is adjacent to fresh farms. With a weekly grocery trip an additional 15 minutes serves the purpose very well. Lots of time savings when you club these activities. I can book appointment and hair dressers are professionals."
"My hair stylist, a younger woman, displayed strange and nervous behavior during my appointment. She ended up giving me crooked and uneven sideburns. When I pointed out the issue and asked her to fix it, she was reluctant to acknowledge the problem. Consequently, I had to seek assistance from another hairstylist, who reluctantly made some improvements. Towards the end of the haircut, the second hairstylist, who was rectifying the previous mistakes, seemed hesitant to let me see the back of my hair. However, I insisted, and when I saw it, I noticed that it was oddly shaped and asymmetrical. I never to return to this hair salon, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone."
"Can't thank this location enough. After the northbrook location absolutely butchered my hair they where aweso.e about not only fixing it but not charging and making sure the northbrook location would be reported for it and the stylist just pocketing my money and not putting it in the computer! Super professional and even though it had to be shorter than I like to fix what the other stlyist did, it still looked great"
