DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ! do not waste your time and money here i got a manicure and pedicure just clear nail polish. my nails were all different size and shapes. they just rush the service and don’t care how your nails looks. my girlfriend got the same thing manicure and pedicure they did any color they wanted and since she didn’t like the color for her feet she asked for a different color for her nails and didn’t even bother to ask her what color she wanted just started giving her french Tip. they cut her cuticles too much leaving her with pain. paid almost $200 for not only horrible service but horrible nails. they just want money and rush the service DO NOT COME !!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !"

"Marketing 30% off got a no chip pedicure and a a regular manicure with no polish. 73.00 dollars 51 after the discount. Never got a massage with the pedicure or manicure. False marketing and a rip off. Not returning. You’re going to have a hard time keeping business running it this way this was at the Arlington heights location. I frequent several nail shops in the area. Better pricing, better service, more organized, and cleaner facilities. Save your money and don’t waste your time. Care about your customers not just the dollar amount in your pocket."

"I think some of the negative reviews on here are only because their parents didn’t teach them any manners or you can’t always get what you want. I’ve been coming here since they pretty much open and I have had their best and even their worst but never had the need to express my emotions on a review. However I do need you all to see how these negative reviews effect one of the cleanest and best salons around. They will stay open late just to accommodate your schedule.. and since I come from Chicago that means a lot! They have always provided the best of the best services. Today I had one of my favorites, Katrina! Pictures don’t do justice but these are original and just thought of. Be creative with what you want and if you tell them they will do the job. Next I will have my other favorite which is Emily! Johnny and Jenny really care about you. Tee, Paul, Lena and Tommy all have what it takes to give you the service you want. If you don’t like it, they will fix it. You just have to ask is all. Update: another amazing job done by Emily! There is a reason why she is always booked up!!!"

"I've come here a few times over the last couple of years. I'm almost always disappointed in the customer service of the nail techs as well as the end result of my pedicures. Ive been told multiple times to switch the polish I chose because it's too old or clumpy. Then why are they on the shelf as an option? Consider replacing your polishes as they get old. Also as a paying customer I deserve to leave with a manicure that doesn't look like I did it at home... streaky, messy and missing polish on some areas. It is not a cheap service and I expect to leave a happy customer. I went back in to have it fixed and was given major attitude about the issue instead of empathy. Bad business all around. Won't come back this time. I think I've learned my lesson."

"I have used this business 4 times now, always got the no chip nail, and had not complaint even with the service, today went for a classic regular nail polish. Not impress at all, it almost looks like when I do my own nails. Service was not the same today. Nail polish already chipping one came out completely in less than 4 hours of having it- I really expect better from a place like this one. Not to say that when I wash my hand with warm water hurts so much- I believe too much cuticle was removed."
