"Bad experience for me. I made an appt for 10am, wasn’t even taken until close to 10:20am. There are multiple signs on the wall that state “no refunds.” Should have left then, as that to me wasn’t a good sign (no pun intended). But because of the good ratings I decided to give it a try (had never been to Pro Nails before). My appt was over in less than 45 minutes, which for a dip and no chip manicure is very little. I requested one layer of clear dip (to make nails hard) and 3 layers of no chip for good color payoff, which should have taken longer than 45 minutes (another indication that the manicure wasn’t done well). My cuticles and around the nails weren’t even cleaned and the round shape I requested wasn’t evenly done. With dip and no chip, my nails should have lasted at least 2 weeks (nails always last 2 weeks when I’ve gotten a manicure done at other salons). Within 1 day of my manicure, my nails started to chip and break. I’ve included a picture, which is where I am on day 6. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else."

"I needed a new nail spot when I moved into the neighborhood. This is a small little nail salon that does their best to making sure you’re satisfied. I love coming here because they make my nails as natural as possible and they put their time in to perfection. They also do nail designs, just make an appointment prior to coming in since they are short staffed."

Angie did the beautiful design on the manicure. They were busy but both still took their time with me. Great atmosphere, totally clean and uncluttered. Great color selection too. Sunny was really knowledgeable about my nails and what they needed to stay strong and took care with the shaping them evenly. A great experience, this is my new nail place!"
