"We’ve been at the Elmhurst location twice now and had a great experience both times. The appointment system great, as it keeps this place running on time (as busy people, this is important to us). I was skeptical about a waterless system but it was nice and does indeed feel more sanitary. I’m also excited that they now offer the Manicurist “green flash” system, which I will be trying soon."

"Saw the salon on Instagram and decided to give them a try. Making an appointment was easy on their website. It’s a brand new salon, so the sign isn’t up yet, but everything is clean, cute and set up to service clients efficiently. I got Builder In A Bottle with Gel Polish. Maya’s did a fantastic job and started with a quick consultation and examining my nails (I had soaked off product from a different salon that I wasn’t completely happy with and felt that some nails were over filed). Maysa was very qualified and knew the best way to apply products to get a strong, beautiful set of nails. They offer a great range of services with professional products. I’m an educated consumer and would definitely recommend Paintbox to everyone looking for manicures."

"SO happy with the work I had done here! I have long natural nails and have been getting gel manicures for the last 7-8 years pretty consistently. Ivanna did an excellent job. My cuticles have genuinely never looked better - the time and attention she put in to cuticle care and nail shaping was great. I really enjoyed my waterless pedicure as well - I’ve never had one before, but definitely will not miss putting my feet in an unsanitary tub! Everything here felt super clean and sanitary. Looking forward to trying nail art next!"

"Maysa was awesome! I got the gel mani and took her about 1.5 hours. So worth it. I will be coming back! They take a lot of time working on your cuticles and they make sure the color lays flat and evenly throughout the whole nail. Very clean inside the salon, staff is very professional. I can’t wait for them to add more colors to their collection. Booking an appointment in advance is best."
