"I go to KT Nails every 2 weeks or so for the last 4 years and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. Paula and Danny are the nicest people ever and really listen to what you want. They are always clean and wiping down tables. If I could give them 100 stars I would!."

"I got a pedicure, and I didn't even know if there were choices for different tiers of services-i was never showed any menu. Just asked if I wanted a regular pedicure or gel. I arrived at exactly 6:30 and my pedicure was done by 6:49. The lady was very nice and did a good job, but there was hardly any massaging, no real scrubbing of my feet or legs. The pedicure was priced fairly. My friend got a full acrylic set and showed a photo of what she wanted which was ombre nails with one nail on each hand glitter and another nail on each hand with butterfly stickers or decals. That set ended up being $90. I think that is way too high. They look good, and professional but not worth that price. I know they closed at 8 and they were accommodating, but I felt like my service was rushed."

"I am not from Chicago but I was in town for an event and needed to get my nails done. SuSan did a phenomenal job!! Literally the best manicure I’ve ever had. I got the “chip free” gel manicure. I am notoriously hard on manicures and they usually chip within a few days; however, it has been a week and my nails are still in perfect condition. I’m genuinely really impressed. I’m also sad that KT Nails isn’t near where I live - no one else would ever do my nails again! (A note about the photos - the pics in the car are immediately after my manicure - anything that looks like an imperfection is just the lighting. The photos on the gray blanket were taken today to show how good they still look!)"

"The workers inside are the sweetest, always happy to see you and take their time with their work to make sure you like it. I switched over from Romantic Nails and I’ve never been happier with this place. And the Acrylic nails stay on for over month!!! Amazing!! No chips and no loose nails !!!"
