He’s yanked on my leg instead of telling me where he needed it. Poor technique from everyone in dip removal method, often don’t have colors on hand."

"Don’t waste your money going here. They double charge for no chip if you get cat eye polish. Cat eye is a no chip, why charge an additional $10 on top of the no chip price. I only got 2 coats of polish leaving my nails basically see through. She didn’t even use the magnet correctly. Their work isn’t good enough to charge these ridiculous price. The 20% is a lie. They raised the prices to make it look like you’re getting a discount. I know this because I’ve been there recently. This is the 2nd time they’ve overcharged me. I didn’t catch it the first time, otherwise I wouldn’t have gone back. They charged my friend like she got a full set. They only removed the old dip and gave her a cat eye polish. They keep having this grand opening sign up with a discount because they can’t keep business."
