"Stopped in to have a trim. First lady gave me a problem about not having an appointment (even though there was only one customer) another lady stepped up and said she would do it. Spoke Spanish but claimed she understood what I wanted. (A simular style, trimmed, layered and a V in back. Also to be styled with a straightener going up. ) She trimmed a little, straight across, no layers and used a blow dryer to curl my hair under. Looked like I was straight out of the 50's. Had to stop somewhere else and have them fix the layers and style it correctly. Gave a 2 cuz she was nice."

"My wife was charged $30 for a TRIM & to cut my daughter's bangs. I get my hair cut entirely and styled at the barbers for $35. I'm sorry not sorry but that was a complete rip off. We will definitely NOT be going back. Shame on you guys."
