"Leli is awesome. She always does a great job with it my fills. I love that she gives a hand massage at the end with the oil and lotion to make my hands so soft and moisturized. Thanks deb"
">>>DO NOT GO HERE! BEWARE. And DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS FOR ANY FRIENDS. Unless you want to waste your money. Apparently, new management took over after my cousin bought at least $60 in gift cards for family. How am I supposed to know this business was taken over? The new business is claiming they won't accept "old" gift cards. Then they should have made us aware (thought I am not sure this would possibly have happened) that these were expiring. My gift card says good thru Dec 18. They will not accept it. Bad business and bad ownership, in my opinion. You should honor the gifts, accepting assets and liabilities from the business you took over. Or change the name. If TT Nails went out of business, I could cry that I was out the money for the gift card. But the fact they took over the business and don't honor gift cards? That's shady. Owner should be ashamed of themselves. For stealing from unsuspecting patrons. I am sure we are not the only families they stole from..."
"The prices went up, and the customer service, time, and attention went down. They have broken chairs and their massages are very short. Heaven help you if you tell them the nail shape you want. They make it very obvious they're talking about you. Just because you speak another language doesn't mean we don't know you're talking about us. Again, with the money you're making after driving the prices up, get new equipment. The vibe has definitely changed for the worse under this new ownership. Been going there for almost 30 years and won't be coming back"
"I went to TT Nails to try their service and product. I had them do a French dip which was discolored with little bubbles but I figured oh well but within two days seven nails were cracking and crumbling. I returned and they removed the dip from my nails and because the French was so bad I told them just to do a color. I ended up turning the next day with a cracking nail and they fixed it. I had to leave town after it was fixed. Each day one to two nails a day cracked and crumbled. One was cracked so bad in the middle of the nail my actual nail broke to the bed. I called two days after last nail fix requesting a full return but was asked to call back after they talked to the tech. I called back and they refused to refund or even partial refund. I have been doing my nails for over thirty years. I began singing dip about ten years ago. I love the look and lightness of the dip. My nails have always lasted 3-4 weeks sometimes longer. I have sometimes had a broken nail here or there which was easily fixed and lasted until all nails were again replaced. Don’t ever use this nail place there are so many better places!"
"The gentleman did my nails. His customer service was pretty great, but I'm afraid his skill leaves some to be desired. Tools appeared to have some white dust on them, but maybe they were clean? Nail lengths seemed to be even, but the shaping from side views seemed bulky and uneven. I don't know if it is standard the seal off the underside of the gel tips to the free edge so that water and dirt don't get trapped, but when I brought it up, "it's ok". Gel polish left air bubbles, and when I asked if he could fix those, he said he couldn't, but "it's ok." The gel top coat also flooded the cuticles here and there, but it couldn't be fixed and "it's ok." To his credit, he didn't conclude the service until I ok'd everything, but there was too much to fix and too much he couldn't fix so we concluded the service. They stayed on well, I assume. 3 didn't lift at the cuticles until 2.5 weeks, and I am hard on my nails. The attached photos are right after I left the salon. I still tipped since I feel he tried his best and his customer service was pretty alright, and would love to return after he gets more practice."
